What you will do

  • Own product quality end to end, across manual and automated testing
  • Learn the product and domain deeply, and spot gaps and risks before development starts
  • Mentor SQA engineers and raise QA practices across the team
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines

What you bring

  • 8+ years in QA or quality engineering, ideally leading QA teams
  • Hands-on manual, functional, regression, integration, exploratory and end-to-end testing
  • Test automation with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium or Appium
  • Practical application security and penetration testing for web apps, APIs and authentication
  • API and integration testing with Postman/Newman or REST Assured
  • Performance, load, stress and reliability testing
  • Working knowledge of AI-assisted QA and testing tools

Nice to have

  • Strong analytical skills and an eye for overlooked scenarios
  • Clear communication with international clients
  • Curiosity about AI-driven testing and security
