At Inument, we are seeking a few senior SQA engineers. You should have good knowledge of web app testing, and take ownership of the requirements and projects. You will get the scope to work with the latest technology stacks, and interesting projects.

Job Details:

• Workplace: On-site (Baridhara DOHS)
• Working Hours: 8.30 AM – 5.30 PM (Dhaka Time), Monday to Friday

• Salary: BDT 80,000 – 1,40,000/monthly (Negotiable based on skills and experience)
• Must-Have: Strong analytical ability. Working with international projects and speaking experience with foreign clients.

Job Description:

• Thinks like a client and prioritizes client interests to ensure projects are delivered with high accuracy.
• Designs detailed test plans, executes them thoroughly, records and documents test results, and compares outcomes against expected results.
• Performs black-box testing on both mobile and web applications.
• Holds and facilitates test plan and test case review sessions with cross-functional team members.
• Accurately assesses customer requirements and ensures all requirements are fully met.
• Takes full ownership of client and project requirements and communicates with stakeholders when necessary.
• Prepares support documentation such as user manuals, training manuals, and other related materials.
• Demonstrates excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Has strong communication skills, experience working with outsourcing clients, and the ability to communicate with them effectively in English.
• Good communication skill in English is a must.

Additional Job Requirements:

• Must be proactive, hardworking, energetic, and determined to meet deadlines with quality.
• Needs to understand and communicate both the developer’s perspective and the client’s perspective, effectively acting as a mediator when required.
• Should have basic knowledge of web programming, including HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Should have basic knowledge of SQL queries to test various backend functionalities.
• Experience with QA automation tools is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of white-box testing, including load and stress testing, is a strong plus.
• Should be capable of suggesting and contributing to usability enhancements.
• Should be curious about exploring different testing tools and recommending those that align with project and company objectives.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
