At Inument, we are looking for Senior SQA Engineers who own quality at the system level, define test strategy, validate APIs and backend behavior and work closely with engineering teams to ensure production-ready web applications across modern technology stacks.

Job Details:

• Workplace: On-site
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Dhaka Time), Sunday to Thursday

• Salary: BDT 80,000 – 130,000/monthly (Negotiable based on skills and experience)
• Must-Have: Proven ability to own end-to-end quality for complex web or mobile applications, including test strategy, risk assessment and release readiness. Strong system-level thinking with hands-on experience in deep manual testing, API/backend validation and effective automation.

Job Description:

• Own and define the end-to-end test strategy, test planning and overall quality assurance approach for complex web and mobile applications with a strong focus on business impact and user experience.
• Design, execute and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases and test scenarios aligned with business, functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring full and risk-based test coverage.
• Perform deep manual testing with emphasis on edge cases, data validation, negative scenarios and overall system behavior across applications.
• Design, develop and maintain robust automation frameworks and test suites for functional, regression and smoke testing, following modern QA best practices.
• Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to understand system architecture, participate early in requirement and design discussions and identify quality risks proactively.
• Conduct API testing, backend validation and database-level verification to ensure end-to-end system reliability and data integrity.
• Accurately assess customer requirements, challenge ambiguities or risks and take ownership of quality-related decisions throughout the development lifecycle.
• Lead client-facing quality discussions, communicating testing outcomes, quality risks and release readiness clearly and confidently to internal and external stakeholders.

Additional Requirements:

• Strong analytical and debugging skills, with the ability to identify system-level issues rather than surface-level bugs.
• Solid experience with API testing, backend validation and database testing using SQL.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into build and deployment workflows is a strong advantage.
• Curiosity and initiative to explore new testing tools, techniques, and approaches that improve product quality and team effectiveness.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
