Job Details:
• Workplace: On-site (Baridhara DOHS)
• Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Dhaka Time), Monday to Friday
• Vacancies: 2
• Experience Required: 5–12 years (minimum 3+ years in Drupal)
• Salary: BDT 100,000–200,000 (Negotiable based on skills and experience)
• Must-Have: Strong expertise in Drupal 9/10, PHP (OOP), and Drupal APIs. Experience with custom module/theme development, version upgrades, performance optimization, and modern front-end integration (React/JavaScript). Prior experience with international clients or outsourcing environments is highly preferred.

Job Description:
• Architect, develop, and maintain Drupal 9/10-based applications.
• Build and extend custom modules and themes aligned with best practices.
• Manage major version upgrades (Drupal 9 → 10) efficiently.
• Work with Drupal APIs, hooks, services, and plugin systems.
• Implement responsive front-end design using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React.
• Integrate Drupal with REST/GraphQL APIs and third-party platforms.
• Optimize performance, caching, and database queries for speed and scalability.
• Ensure adherence to Drupal coding standards, security, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with product managers, DevOps, and QA teams in Agile environments.
• Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and document development processes.

Additional Requirements:
• Proficiency in Composer, Git, and configuration management.
• Familiarity with LAMP/LEMP stack, Drush, and build automation tools.
• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments is a plus.
• Knowledge of Acquia, Pantheon, or Platform.sh hosting platforms.
• Experience in headless/decoupled Drupal, accessibility (WCAG), and SEO best practices.
• Contributions to the Drupal community are highly valued.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication — can translate complex requirements into technical action.
• Self-driven, proactive, and eager to stay updated with new Drupal advancements.

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. (Flexible if the candidate has top-notch skillset)
