Job Details:
* Workplace: On-site (Baridhara DOHS)
* Working Hours: 8.30 AM – 5.30 PM (Dhaka Time), Monday to Friday

* Experience Required: 3 – 6 years
* Salary: BDT 80,000 – 1,50,000/monthly (Negotiable based on skills and experience)
* Must-Have: Strong proficiency in Python programming, experience with web frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask), and a strong understanding of RESTful API design.

Job Description:
* Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and backend services using Python.
* Write reusable, testable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices.
* Work with web frameworks such as Django, Django Rest Framework or Flask to build dynamic web applications.
* Manage data storage and retrieval solutions, including relational and NoSQL databases.
* Optimize performance of applications and backend services.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to ensure timely delivery and high-quality code.
* Stay updated with emerging technologies and implement them into projects when applicable.
* Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Has strong communication skills, experience working with outsourcing clients, and the ability to communicate with them effectively in English.

Additional Job Requirements:
* Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of meeting deadlines with quality.
* Strong knowledge of Python libraries and frameworks such as Django, Flask, Pandas, etc.
* Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
* Familiarity with cloud technologies and deployment on platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
* Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
* Understanding of version control systems like Git and working with CI/CD pipelines.
* Ability to implement unit tests and automated testing frameworks.
* Familiarity with Docker and containerization is a plus.
* Experience working with outsourcing clients and excellent communication skills in English.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
