We are looking for experienced Senior ASP.NET Core Developers to join our team. You’ll have the opportunity to work with modern technologies and build efficient, scalable software solutions for international clients. Your primary responsibility will be to design and develop robust web applications using ASP.NET Core, ReactJS, and related technologies. You must have proven experience building high-performing enterprise applications, writing clean, maintainable code, and following best development practices. Experience working both independently and within a team is essential.

Job Details:
* Workplace: On-site (Baridhara DOHS, Dhaka)
* Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Dhaka Time), Monday to Friday

* Salary: BDT 150,000–250,000 (Negotiable based on skills and experience)
* Must-Have: Strong ASP.NET expertise, experience with AI-assisted development tools, and excellent English communication skills. Prior experience with international/outsourcing clients is preferred.

Job Description:
* Provides architectural guidance and best practices for modern cloud-native, web, and serverless applications using ASP.NET Core (.NET 6/7/8+).
* Guides teams in leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Cursor, Copilot) for code generation, testing, and debugging—balancing productivity with code quality and maintainability.
* Proficient in monitoring and diagnostics using tools such as Application Insights or OpenTelemetry.
* Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure), distributed systems, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and automated testing.
* Experienced in Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
* Ability to translate complex client requirements into robust technical implementations.
* Basic understanding of prompt engineering to effectively utilize large language models (LLMs) in development workflows.

Additional Requirements:
* Proficient in front-end technologies including ReactJS, HTML5, and CSS.
* Strong communication skills to collaborate with clients and stakeholders.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
* Experience with other programming languages is a strong plus.

Education:
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
