We are hiring individuals with 2–4 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Business Development, Sales, Client Management, Digital Marketing, Product Management, App Growth, or Operations.

Each role will have a specific focus area, and we are looking for candidates who have relevant experience or strong interest in their respective domain. • Working Days: Monday – Friday
• Weekends: Saturday – Sunday

• Salary: BDT 30,000 –BDT 60,000/monthly (Negotiable based on skills and experience)

Job Description :

• Take ownership of assigned growth initiatives based on your core strength – whether it is Business Development, Sales, Client Management, Digital Marketing, Product Management, App Growth, or Operations. 
• Identify opportunities, support market research, customer engagement, partnerships, lead generation, or digital growth activities within your focused domain. 
• Support product launches, customer acquisition, and growth initiatives.
• Execute digital marketing campaigns and growth experiments.
• Collaborate with technology, product, marketing, and business teams to understand solutions, communicate value, and contribute towards measurable growth outcomes. 
• Continuously learn, experiment, and improve by leveraging technology, AI tools, data-driven insights, and a growth-oriented mindset. 

Additional Requirements:

• Genuine interest in technology, software, AI, SaaS products, and digital business solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Confident in client communication, presentations, follow-ups, and professional networking.
• Energetic, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable learning unfamiliar concepts quickly.
• Good research, organization, reporting, analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute independently.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Computer Science from a reputed university is preferred.
