Job Details:

  • Workplace: On-site (Baridhara DOHS)
  • Working Hours: 8.30 AM – 5.30 PM (Dhaka Time), Monday to Friday
  • Vacancies: 5
  • Experience Required: 1 – 2 years (Both male and female candidates are welcome).
  • Salary: BDT 25,000 – 50,000 per month (based on experience & skill)
  • Must-Have: Excellent communication skills in English, strong analytical ability, and hands-on experience leveraging AI tools for research, outreach, and productivity.

Job Description:

  • Identify and communicate with potential clients across Europe and Australia.
  • Prospect leads through LinkedIn, Email, Phone, and other digital platforms and schedule meetings with CXO leads for the leadership team.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini etc) for lead research, personalization, and outreach automation to improve conversion rates.
  • Ability to design and manage AI-assisted workflows for prospecting, including lead enrichment, segmentation, and multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, email), ensuring higher efficiency and quality targeting.
  • Strong understanding of using AI for sales enablement – including crafting personalized messaging, analyzing prospect intent signals, and optimizing campaigns based on data-driven insights.
  • Conduct impactful client presentations for potential business opportunities.
  • Execute marketing operations with our digital marketing team, email campaigns, content, and social media ads.
  • Set ambitious sales goals, target the right markets, and execute action plans to achieve them.
  • Apply excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to every challenge.
  • Explore and leverage AI tools and emerging trends in digital marketing to drive innovation and efficiency.

Additional Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication (written & spoken).
  • Strong analytical ability.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Good general knowledge of software & applications (plus point).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing (plus point).

Education:

  • BBA/MBA from reputed universities. CSE/CS/IT background candidates with strong sales/business development experience can also apply.
