Job Details:
* Workplace: On-site (Baridhara DOHS)
* Working Hours: 8.30 AM – 5.30 PM (Dhaka Time), Monday to Friday

* Salary: BDT 100,000 – 1,80,000/monthly (Negotiable based on skills and experience)
* Must-Have: Strong proficiency in C++ programming, experience with multi-threading, performance optimization, and excellent English communication skills.

Job Description:
* Develop and maintain C++ applications for IoT and embedded systems, ensuring that software is optimized for hardware constraints and real-time performance.
* Design, develop, and maintain efficient, scalable, and high-performance C++ applications.
* Implement object-oriented design principles and ensure code quality by following best practices.
* Work on multi-threading and parallel programming to optimize application performance.
* Develop algorithms and data structures to solve complex problems in real-time applications.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, QA engineers, and designers to ensure effective project delivery.
* Develop software with high levels of reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
* Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
* Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers to improve coding standards and practices.
* Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance bottlenecks in complex applications.
* Work on building and maintaining APIs, integrating third-party services, and optimizing the architecture for large-scale applications.

Additional Job Requirements:
* Strong knowledge of C++ libraries, STL, and boost libraries.
* Familiarity with Linux-based systems and development tools such as GDB, Valgrind, CMake, etc.
* Experience with version control systems like Git.
* Familiarity with real-time systems, embedded systems, or gaming development is a plus.
* Good understanding of unit testing and debugging techniques.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
* Experience working with outsourcing clients is a plus.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
