We’re seeking AI Engineers with strong Python development skills and foundational knowledge in machine learning and AI systems. You should have hands-on experience building AI-powered applications, implementing RAG pipelines, and working with modern LLM frameworks. Strong problem-solving abilities, clean coding practices, and experience with AI-assisted development tools are essential.

Job Details:

• Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Dhaka Time), Monday to Friday

• Salary: BDT 60,000–100,000 (Negotiable based on skills and experience)
• Must-Have: Solid Python programming skills, foundational machine learning knowledge, experience with at least one LLM framework (LangChain, LlamaIndex), practical experience with OpenAI/Anthropic APIs, and strong communication skills for working with international clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain AI-powered applications using Python, focusing on clean , efficient, and scalable code.
• Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex for document processing and intelligent search applications.
• Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT-5, Claude, or open-source alternatives into production applications using API-based or self-hosted solutions.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT) to accelerate development, improve code quality, and enhance debugging efficiency.
• Work with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, or FAISS) for efficient semantic search and similarity matching in AI applications.
• Understanding of RESTful API design and integration.
• Collaborate with international clients, UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and data scientists to deliver intelligent, user-centric AI solutions.
• Write unit and integration tests for AI components to ensure reliability and maintainability of deployed models.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving team coding standards and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Bonus: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), Docker containerization, or MLOps practices.
