We are looking for vibrant, tech-savvy Growth & Business Development Specialists who are eager to learn, take ownership, and grow with us. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, client management, digital marketing, product growth.
This role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building and managing client relationships, supporting market expansion, and driving measurable growth across digital channels, user acquisition, partnerships, and revenue-focused initiatives.
The right candidate should be agile, AI-native, fast-learning, and commercially driven, with a strong interest in technology, customer needs, market trends, and scalable growth. They should be comfortable taking initiative, collaborating across teams, and turning insights into practical actions that create sustainable business impact.

Job Description :
- Take ownership of assigned growth and business development initiatives, leveraging your strengths across sales, client management, digital marketing, product growth, app growth, partnerships
- Identify new business opportunities and support market research, lead generation, customer engagement, partnership development, and digital growth activities
- Contribute to product launches, customer acquisition, market expansion, and revenue-focused growth initiatives.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, outreach activities, and growth experiments to improve engagement and conversion.
- Collaborate with technology, product, marketing, and business teams to understand solutions, communicate value propositions, and deliver measurable growth outcomes.
- Continuously learn, experiment, and improve by using technology, AI tools, data-driven insights, and a proactive growth mindset.
Additional Requirements:
- Genuine interest in technology, software, AI, SaaS products, and digital business solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Confident in client communication, presentations, follow-ups, and professional networking.
- Energetic, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable learning unfamiliar concepts quickly.
- Good research, organization, reporting, analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute independently.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Computer Science from a reputed university is preferred. However, we value skills, mindset, and potential over academic background alone.
