We are looking for a highly growth-oriented and entrepreneurial leader to take ownership of one of our fast-growing business units.
This is not a conventional management role.
You will operate like a business owner, driving growth, execution, partnerships, sales, operations, and market expansion. The role requires strong commercial thinking, execution capability, and the ability to build momentum in a fast-moving environment.
You will work closely with leadership to scale products and services across global markets.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, thinks strategically, and loves building businesses from the ground up.
Job Details:
- Workplace: On-site (Baridhara DOHS)
- Working Hours: 8.30 AM – 5.30 PM (Dhaka Time), Monday to Friday

- Experience Required: 3 – 8 years.
- Salary: BDT 80,000 – BDT 200,000 per month (Negotiable based on skills, experience, and leadership capability).
- Must-Have: Strong business leadership experience, proven growth strategy execution, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead business units with full ownership.
- Experience in any of the following areas will be highly preferred: IT/software outsourcing, technology services, B2B sales, international business development, or SaaS growth.
Job Description:
- Lead and grow a business unit with end-to-end commercial ownership
- Drive sales, marketing, business development, partnerships, and revenue growth
- Build and execute growth strategies across digital, outbound, and relationship channels
- Work closely with product, tech, and leadership teams to align execution with business goals
- Improve operational efficiency and execution speed across the business unit
- Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and expansion areas
- Build scalable processes for growth, customer success, and operations
- Track KPIs, revenue targets, pipeline, and overall business performance

Education:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a reputed university.
