We are looking for experienced ReactJS Developers to join our dynamic engineering team. You should have strong expertise in the ReactJS ecosystem and modern web technologies, with a proven track record of building high-performance, scalable front-end applications. The ideal candidate writes clean, maintainable, and reusable code while following industry best practices.

Job Details:
* Workplace: On-site (Baridhara DOHS)
* Working Hours: 8.30 AM – 5.30 PM (Dhaka Time), Monday to Friday

* Experience Required: 4–8 years
* Salary: BDT 80,000–160,000 (Negotiable based on skills and experience)
* Must-Have: Solid expertise in ReactJS and its ecosystem, hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT), and strong communication skills. Prior experience working with international clients or in an outsourcing environment is highly preferred.

Job Description:
* Build and implement highly responsive, performant, and accessible user interfaces using modern ReactJS best practices.
* Translate Figma/Sketch/Adobe designs and wireframes into reusable components and pixel-perfect interfaces.
* Develop with React, Redux, Redux Toolkit, and TypeScript to build scalable web applications.
* Write and consume REST APIs; experience with OpenAPI specifications is a plus.
* Utilize AI-assisted tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT) to enhance productivity, testing, and documentation.
* Apply modern front-end development tools (e.g., Babel, Webpack, ESLint, NPM) and maintain coding standards and code quality.
* Optimize components for maximum performance across browsers and devices.
* Follow and enforce best practices in accessibility, security, and responsive design.
* In-depth understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and browser rendering behavior.
* Strong understanding of React lifecycle, hooks, and context API.

Additional Requirements:
* Experience with debugging and performance monitoring tools (e.g., Chrome DevTools, Lighthouse).
* Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
* Experience with Git, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and working in Agile environments.
* Comfortable communicating daily with international clients, understanding business requirements, and delivering solutions accordingly.
* Ability to break down complex business requirements into actionable technical tasks.
* Prior experience with backend technologies (Node.js, Python etc.) is a strong plus.
* Experience mentoring junior developers and contributing to technical decision-making is highly valued.

Education:
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
