We are looking for an experienced very senior level React Native Engineer to join our mobile development team. You’ll work with cutting-edge technologies to build high-quality, scalable cross-platform mobile applications for international clients. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the design and development of robust mobile apps
using React Native, delivering seamless experiences across iOS and Android. You must have a proven track record of shipping production-grade apps, writing clean and maintainable code, and following industry best practices.

Job Details:
* Workplace: On-site (Baridhara DOHS)
* Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Dhaka Time), Monday to Friday

* Salary: BDT 100,000–250,000 (Negotiable based on skills and experience)
* Must-Have: Strong React Native expertise, experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor), and excellent communication skills in English. Prior experience working with international clients or in an outsourcing environment is must.

Job Description:
* Solid understanding of cloud-based mobile app architecture and services (e.g., Firebase, AWS Amplify), along with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Bitrise, GitHub Actions), mobile DevOps practices, and automated testing in React Native.
* Build and maintain high-performance, cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
* Successfully developed and deployed multiple iOS/Android apps via App Store and Google Play.
* Minimum 10 years of experience in mobile development with at least 5 years hands-on expertise in React Native.
* Deep knowledge of mobile application architecture, lifecycle, and platform-specific APIs (iOS & Android).
* Proficient in building complex, responsive, and pixel-perfect UIs across multiple screen sizes and OS versions.
* Strong understanding of React development practices, performance optimization, and code reusability.
* Experience with native modules and platform-specific code (Java, Swift/Obj-C) when needed.
* Skilled in app-store deployment processes and managing releases across environments.
* Integration experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, cloud messaging, and push notifications.
* Experience working with device features such as location services, interactive maps, background tasks (sync), offline storage, and network status handling across platforms.
* Manage end-to-end deployment processes for both Android and iOS apps, including App Store and Google Play submissions.
* Integrate third-party APIs, GraphQL, RESTful services, cloud messaging platforms, and push notifications.
* Demonstrated leadership skills in managing mobile teams, mentoring junior developers, and driving technical decisions.

Additional Requirements:
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, debugging and decision-making abilities.
* Strong in object-oriented programming, clean architecture, and patterns such as MVVM/MVP.
* Ability to identify bottlenecks, debug issues, and optimize performance.
* Translate complex product requirements into technical specifications and scalable implementations.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (backend, UI/UX, QA, PM) and communicate clearly in English.
* Experience working in Agile environments and contributing to CI/CD workflows for mobile app delivery.
* Exposure to AI-assisted tools (like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or Cursor) to accelerate development and improve code quality.
* Experience with native development in Swift, Objective-C, Java, or Flutter is a strong plus.

Education:
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
